1. Returns:
- We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@mishas.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or discounts applied at the time of purchase.
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your credit card statement depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
3. Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: underwear, swimwear, and items marked as final sale.
